How to make blue eyes POP (colorful make-up)

My model has beautiful green-blue eyes and natural dark blond hair color so I have decided to use soft orange eye shadow to make her eyes even more blue.
If you want your eye color to pop you can do it easily with choosing eye shadow of a opposite color (opposite on color scale). Which means for blue eyes the opposite is orange, for green eyes purple, for brown eyes works blue very well, etc. If your eyes are mixed of two colours - for example green-blue (like my model) you can choose to make the blue color stand out with using a orange eyeshadow or you can make the green color stand out by using a purple shadow. If you have a green-brown eye color, you can use purple to make green stand out but you can also use grey or blue to make the brown color stand out more. There are many possibilities you can try. Although it is not the rule. Different color combination might work very nice as well. Depends on your specific eye color, shade of your skin and your hair color and also if you are cool type of warm type (spring, summer, fall and winter color type theory).

I started with applying creamy copper shimmery eyeshadow all over the lid. Then I applied soft peachy eyeshadow on top of it, I blended the edges with matt skin color shadow and I applied darker peachy shadow into outer corners. Then I applied maroon shadow into outer V parts and a bit along the lash line and warm dark brown on top of it. I applied a bit onto the outer part of the lower lid as well. Then I applied a vibrant shimmery orange shadow on the middle part of the top lid and all along the bottom lid. Then I applied matt white shadow under the brown bone and into inner corners.
Then I made a very thin line with gel eyeliner on outer half of the lash line and I extended it outwards. Then I smudged it with dark grey matt eyeshadow.
Then I moved on to the rest of the face. I removed the fall outs with make up wipe and I applied concealer under the eyes and also on parts of the face which needed concealing - blemishes, redness etc. Then I applied bit of foundation mostly on the centre of the face, bit on the cheek bones, chin and forehead and I set everything with loose powder. Then I did a bit of contouring and I applied bronzer on cheeks, centre of the nose, chin and forehead. I didn't use any blush, nor highlight. I didn't have to do much with eyebrows, they were already perfect, so I just filled in bit of the sparse areas. Then I put on 2 coats of mascara evenly top and bottom lashes and as the last I put on the lipstick.
