My client was attending a birthday party and she was going to wear fuchsia-pink dress. She wanted her make up to match her dress therefore I went for dramatic and colorful eyes.
I've started with priming the lids with a shimmery pink creamy eyeshadow (Maybelline Color Tatttoo). Then I lined the top lashline with a black pencil and I smudged it a bit. Then I applied a hot-pink matte eyeshadow all over the lids. I used the eyeshadow from Sleek Acid Palette. When I was satisfied with density I blended the edges in the crease with a matte warm brown eyeshadow (from Sleek Vintage Romance palette). I also highlighted under the brows with a matte white eyeshadow. Then I darkened the outer V's using a matte black eyeshadow and I applied the same eyeshadow along the lashline ( top and bottom).I lined the waterline with a black eye pencil and I blended the black eyeshadow I applied earlier with the same brown one I applied in the crease (from Sleek Vintage Romance palette). I also highlighted the inner corners a bit using silver shimmery eyeshadow (also from Sleek Vintage Romance palette).
Then I moved on to the rest of the face.
I cleaned out fall outs as first and then I applied Smashbox Photo Finish foundation primer all over the face. I mixed MAC Pro Longwear concealer in NC45 with NC35 to match my client's skin and I applied very thin layer with my fingers. Then I highlighted the under eye area using LA Girl Pro HD concealer in shade Cool Tan. I also contoured the cheekbones slightly using my Beauty88 concealer palette and it's darkest shade. I set the whole face with Black Opal Deluxe Finishing Powder in shade 03 Medium.
I also applied just a tiny bit of blush on the apples of the cheeks. Next I applied false eye lashes and liquid eyeliner to hide the bend and as a last step I defined the brows. I used black matte eyeshadow for that. My client was very happy with how this look turned out.
